Order Delivery

Below we present basic information regarding the delivery of orders in the store dlazegarmistrza.pl. Detailed and binding rules for order fulfillment are specified in the Store Regulations, particularly in § 7 of the Regulations.

🚚 Delivery Methods

Currently available delivery methods are visible during the order placement in the cart. The availability of specific methods may depend on the type of product and the status of the Buyer.

We cooperate with reputable courier companies such as INPOST, DHL, and GLS

⏱ Delivery Time

We strive to ship orders within 24 hours from the moment:

• payment is credited – in the case of prepayment,
• the order is placed – in the case of cash on delivery (B2B).

Order fulfillment takes place on business days, excluding public holidays. The delivery time should be added to the time of the selected carrier.

📍 Personal Collection

The Buyer has the option to collect the order in person after placing it and receiving information about the readiness of the goods for collection.
