Here you will find answers to questions about shipping, payments, warranty, returns, and watch parts and accessories.

Orders and Payments

How can I place an order?

Orders are placed through our online store – simply add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the step-by-step instructions. If you encounter any issues, contact us – we will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments, traditional bank transfers, and cash on delivery. Proforma invoices are available for companies. Cash on delivery is currently available only for business customers.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, but currently this payment method is available only for companies.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Individual customers receive a receipt, and companies receive a VAT invoice. Simply provide your VAT details when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we also ship abroad. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country, which you can select during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

How fast do you process orders?

In-stock products are usually shipped within 24 hours on business days. If a product is made to order, we will provide an estimated delivery time after contact. In exceptional cases, dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours.

What delivery options are available?

Available delivery methods are always visible in the shopping cart during checkout. We currently cooperate with InPost, DHL, GLS, and Poczta Polska.

How much does shipping cost and when is it free?

The cost depends on the selected carrier. Free shipping applies to larger orders – current conditions are visible in the cart.

How can I check my shipment status?

After dispatch, you should automatically receive an email with a tracking number. If you did not receive it, please contact us by email.

Warranty, Returns, and Complaints

How many days do I have to return a product?

Private customers and companies whose business is not directly related to the purchased goods have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The product must be in undamaged condition.

How can I submit a complaint?

Simply send an email with a description of the issue and your order number. In some cases, we may ask for photos or for the product to be returned. The warranty period is 24 months for private customers. Wholesale customers have individually agreed warranty terms.

Who covers the shipping cost for complaints?

The product must be safely returned to us at your own cost. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund the cost of registered mail. In case of withdrawal, return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Can I withdraw from the contract?

Yes. According to the law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The product must be returned in the same condition as purchased and must show no signs of use.

Products and Parts

Can I order individual parts (e.g. links, gaskets, crystals)?

Yes, we offer both individual items and bulk packages, depending on the product.

Do you have a PDF parts catalog?

Our website serves as our catalog. 99.9% of in-stock products are visible in the shop along with their prices.

Can I choose a crystal or strap only by size?

Yes – simply provide the crystal diameter or strap width between the lugs. For certainty, contact us by email or phone – we will advise you. The easiest way is to use advanced filters.

I need a pendulum spring / suspension – how do I choose the right one?

The easiest way is to match the part by dimensions and a photo of the old element. Send us the data (width, thickness, spacing, length) and a photo – we will recommend the correct model.

Do you source rare parts that are not in stock?

Yes, we cooperate with specialized parts suppliers. If something is not in our regular offer, we can order it or suggest an alternative. If a part is unavailable, we will inform you.

Do you sell watchmaking tools individually?

Yes, most tools can be ordered individually. Information about minimum quantities is always shown on the product page.

What types of watch crystals do you offer?

We offer mineral, sapphire, and plexi (hesalite) crystals. Each type is available as flat, domed, magnifying, and dedicated for specific brands and models.

Use store filters to quickly narrow results by diameter, shape, and crystal type.

Which parts belong to “internal watch parts” and which to “external watch parts”?

Internal watch parts are components directly related to the watch movement and its operation.

External watch parts are visible elements related to the case and usage, such as crowns, pushers, gaskets, crystals, straps/bracelets, spring bars, and mounting accessories.

If you are unsure, send us photos and measurements – we will help you choose.

How do I correctly measure crystal diameter and strap width?

Crystal diameter: measure the widest part without the bezel, preferably with calipers. For domed or magnifying crystals, measure the base diameter.

Strap width: measure the distance between the inner edges of the lugs.

If in doubt, send us a photo and measurements – we will advise you.

Are your products original and where do they come from?

We sell parts and accessories from verified industry suppliers. Product descriptions specify usage and technical details. If you are looking for a part for a specific brand and model, contact us.

Can I replace a part myself, or should I visit a watchmaker?

Some parts (e.g. straps, spring bars) can be replaced carefully at home. For work requiring disassembly or movement intervention, we recommend visiting a professional watchmaker.

We do not operate our own service center, but cooperate with watchmakers throughout Poland and can recommend a trusted workshop in your city.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

If you placed several orders shortly after each other, contact us as soon as possible with the order numbers. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will try to combine them.

Can I order parts by phone or email?

Orders are normally processed through our online store. In exceptional cases, you may contact us by email. Please note that online orders minimize the risk of misunderstandings.

Do you help with part installation?

We do not operate our own service, but cooperate with watchmaking workshops throughout Poland. We will gladly recommend a professional workshop in your city.

Is the stock on the website always available?

Yes. If a product is marked as available, it is in stock. Items that sell out are removed and return after the next delivery.
