Package Pickup from Customer – GLS Label for Return Shipping
This service is intended exclusively for our customers who wish to return a package (consumer return or product complaint).
After purchasing the service, we generate a GLS shipping label and send it electronically.
The package must be sent independently at the chosen Orlen Parcel or Żabka point.
Shipping restrictions: maximum weight 20 kg and maximum dimensions 50 × 35 × 35 cm. We cannot verify the packaging method of the package before sending it. In case of refusal to accept the shipment at the shipping point due to exceeding the allowable dimensions or weight, we are not responsible. The customer has the option to repackage the package and resend it with the same label.
The shipping label is valid for 30 days from the moment it is generated.
This service does not apply to shipments to third parties – the shipment can only be sent to our company.
